When you create an account on the Platform (via PMPro), we collect:

- Membership tier and subscription status
- Payment method details (processed and tokenized by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
- Billing information as required for payment processing
2.2 Diagnostic and Assessment Data
When you use the Platform’s diagnostic tools, we collect:
- Your responses to diagnostic assessments, including the Fatal-48™
- Generated business profile classifications (e.g., At-Risk Business, Owner-Dependent Business)
- Heat Map outputs and structural scores
- Date and timestamp of each assessment
This data is stored in our database infrastructure (Supabase) and associated with your account. It is used to deliver results, track your progress over time, and improve the diagnostic tools.
2.3 Forum and User-Generated Content
When you participate in the members-only forum, we collect and store:
- The content of your posts and replies
- Timestamps and metadata associated with your forum activity
- Any information you voluntarily include in your profile or forum contributions
2.4 Communication Data
We collect email addresses and communication preferences in connection with transactional and marketing emails sent via Mailchimp and Postmark.

- Contract Performance: To provide the membership services and features you have subscribed to
- Legitimate Interests: For analytics, fraud prevention, Platform security, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your rights

Your forum username and the content of your forum posts are visible to other active paid members of the Platform. We do not display your email address, payment information, or diagnostic results to other members.

We may disclose your information as required by law, legal process, or governmental authority, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of users.
5.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Company assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users in advance where practicable.

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for account sessions, authentication, and core Platform functionality

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality, including the ability to remain logged in. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
7. Data Retention
- Account information is retained for the duration of your membership and for a reasonable period following termination to comply with legal obligations
- Diagnostic results and assessment history are retained for the period necessary to support your use of the Platform and to facilitate longitudinal tracking, and may be retained in anonymized form indefinitely
- Forum posts are retained for the duration your account is active and may remain visible to other members for continuity of discussion following account closure, at our discretion
- Purchase and billing records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years
- Analytics and tracking data is subject to the retention policies of the applicable third-party platforms
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission, access controls, and use of security-vetted third-party processors. Diagnostic data and account information are stored in Supabase with appropriate access restrictions.
No security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for unauthorized access that occurs despite our reasonable precautions. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. Your Privacy Rights
You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements and our legitimate operational needs
